If I had a choice of becoming my own boss it will be a liberating and exciting feeling. I will be able to express my creativity and put my own personal touch to my company. In this way i will be able to manage my time, make decision, create schedules and not forgetting making lots of money, i will be earning unlimited incomes. On the other hand this ownership comes with responsibilities such as paying worker, paying bill, maintenance, taxes, promoting business, and if your are not careful stress and other illnesses are some disadvantages. Investing in your business plan and trying to convincing others of your intention can be a challenge.

Creative Emboidery
This video can be use as a motivational tool to improve teaching instruction in the classroom.
This piece that was produce is a 3- 5 minutes video. The use of this video is to illustrate selected topic with step by step instructions. The students will then be able to see clear demonstrations of how to create embroidery stitches in a creative way. Finding a suitable back ground music was the only challenge faced. Piece could be improved by adding more demonstrations.

The use of this wiki will improve classroom instruction, teacher will then be able to share information relevant to the subject with students. Also to give assignments and home work.

The piece that was produced is a wiki. Downloading of a video onto the wiki was one of the many problems that I faced. Arranging the clips on the pages and labelling them is another problem faced after a few attempt it was clear. To overcome those problems I seek assistance from my son. Taking more time to display my pages with relevant information would be an improvement to my wiki. Nevertheless it was fun creating it.

I intend to use my blog to interact with the students, by on line teaching, share information, ideas, give assignments, home work, demonstrations. Students can utilize this blog to interact with their peers and teacher, share ideas, discuss home work, class assignments and, develop their creativity. It will also create a bond between students and the teacher.
